You've got to sell at the level of your conviction. Now, what does that mean? It means when you know, this is worth this much, buy or don't buy you won't feel the need waiver on your chosen price. When you have conviction, you can sell all day long, 70% or higher, because sales is that transference of energy. Whoever shows up in the situation with more conviction than the other person, that person wins simply because they've got the conviction...

Divorce yourself from the outcome so you can be free and have fun at your events. You don't need anything to happen here. Whether someone buys or they don't buy, know that you're good. You may need a sale and you may need money, but you don't need that sale. You don't need anything that bad.
Every large purchase investment requires a micro commitment. This concept comes from a famous book called "Influence" by Dr. Robert Cialdini. A micro commitment will ensure the rest of the investment gets funded. If you are having trouble recouping your sales you need to install the micro commitment.
