This week our good friends and co-conspirators from the /Drive network Mike Musto (@MDMusto) and Alex Roy (@AlexRoy144) join us to catch up and cover all the usual subject matter. This week filming was thwarted by a park ranger, Nino buys a Cyboard, society collapses in a small Nevada town and we compare the Dinan M4 to its natural competition in the form of the F-Type R and AMG GT.
This week Matt and I are joined in the studio once again by friend of TST Rick Radcliffe. We start off with an off topic conversation on watches specifically Matt's new GuardsRed watch and my new Apple Watch. From there we cover Rick's cross country trip in the million mile Lexus and its likely former life as a roaming Floridian bass and ecstasy dispensary...
After many weeks of travel everybody is back in the studio for a regular podcast. This week Matt shares his take on the Mercedes GLE63, we discuss the harsh realities of canabalism, an RX300 is freed from its confines, Confederate flags are everywhere, Thad forgets about Ivy league acceptance and we debate the merits of Lamborghini SUVs.
Once again the guys have sent me another remote recording from a hotel for editing and ultimatale your listening pleasure. This time they're talking with Tony and Scott of Rally North America. Up first is a brief discussion on why Cobras and Slingshots are a bad choice for a rally, followed thereafter by mild offroading in a Corvette, the proliferation of the Confederate flag, a wavering Alfa Romeo 4C and of course the charity behind Rally North America; Hope for the Warriors.
Once again on the road; the guys are recording from the reclusive Farah complex somewhere along the northeastern seaboard and are joined by /Drive presenter, mascot, bishop and midwife Mr. Mike Spinelli. This week the finer points of improvised defecation are covered as is an in depth review of the Cadillac ATS-V, a visit to NASA, adulation for Goodwood, the 4th of July and the Rolls Royce Phantom EV.
This podcast was recorded at the end of the All Cars Go To Heaven 2 adventure. The guys try to recap the experience without giving too much away before the film is edited and released.
This week the guys are in Phoenix preparing to embark on the adventure that will become All Cars Go To Heaven 2. A day of wandering through the blistering Phoenix heat was spent finding cars for the trip. In addition to the beater cars. In addition John Bothwell of PurSang will be joining the guys in his Model T and they discuss the mods necessary for it to survive this trip.
This week Matt and I made our way north to Adam Carolla's studios in Burbank for a Forza Motorsport 6 preview with some hands-on time with the new game. We sit down with friend of the show Dan Greenawalt (creative director of Turn 10 studios) and talk about the new game and as a bonus Carcast's own Matt D'Andria joins us for the discussion...
DSMs... one of the big cars of the early 2000s import scene, Matt finds out what it's like to drive one that has been built very well. In addition we talk about tackling projects without a proper budget, automatic seatbelts, middle men, mexican interior work, fuel filters the new Ford GT and Larry Kosilla's ever evolving 964. Oh... and Matt's Mustang is done.
This week we talk about the Grid Life Music & Motorsports festival that Matt MC'd over the weekend while reviewing the new BMW M235i and a 2015 Hennessey Supercharged Mustang GT. Otherwise it's all the usual BS with the occassional piece of useful information peppered throughout.
