episode 11: Surviving abuse being homeless for 7 years drugs crime violence and his healing journey- Miguel Dean


My mother suffered from anxiety and depression when I was born and when I was 7 months old she died of cancer. I went on to lose two other surrogate mothers before I was 5 years old. My stepmother was violent and abusive and my father was absent as I grew up.

This led to me being stuck in fight and flight as I grew up and resulted in low self-esteem. On leaving home I fell into a shadowy world of drugs, crime, violence, and homelessness...
