This is our first four-man zoom podcast and it's one you don't want to miss! Landry, Mark, Matt, and Jake are on the podcast this week to talk about what they hope to see from Nintendo in 2021, along with their own pie-in-the-sky prediction. Listen in to see if you think our dreams will become reality!
The last podcast in our Year in Review series is finally here. Jake and Eric jump on the mics to discuss the Good, Bad, and Ugly of 2020 for PlayStation. Last year we saw the release of the PlayStation 5, along with a slew of other excellent titles like: The Last of Us: Part 2, Ghosts of Tsushima, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Spider-man: Miles Morales, and much more.
Nintendo had a pretty solid year overall, but didn’t quite release as many games as they may have hoped. In 2020 we saw: Super Mario 3D All Stars, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Ring Fit Adventure, Pikmin 3, Hades, the release of three new Smash Bros. characters, and a few other notable titles.
2020 was a pretty rough year for many reasons. Gaming however, seemed to be more popular than ever. Xbox had a mixed bag of a year, so Mark and Jake get together to discuss. In 2020, we saw: the Halo Infinite delay, Xbox Series X and S launch, Zenimax and Bethesda acquisition, Game Pass continued growth, and much more.
Landry and Jake talk about the 2020 Game Awards, and Jake gives his impressions on owning the PS5 so far. This show is also debuts a regular (hopefully) segment called Higher or Lower, where the player is asked to wager what might happen in the future.
This is a special episode where we take a break from the news cycle, and talk about our top five favorite games of all time. We would list out the games for you here, but that would ruin all of the fun. Tune in to take a trip down memory lane with Landry and Jake. What's your 'Top 5'?
We finally know the details of the PS5's pricing and release date. BitCast newcomer Joe Saltich joins the show this week, and we walk through everything that was announced in the showcase. Of course with any new information about next generation consoles, it's only fitting that we compare the two and predict who we think will come out on top!
Landry and Jake have the pleasure of discussing a rather large week of news! The Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary was full of surprises, the best obviously being the long-rumored, Super Mario 3D All Stars Collection! Also, Xbox confirmed the pricing and release date for their TWO next gen consoles, the Xbox Series S and X...
Mark and Jake talk about what games they're playing (00:02:51), games of 2020 (00:08:05), game of the year (00:28:56), Nintendo's marketing (00:31:34), Switch 2 rumors (00:41:09), and place their bets on the next gen console winner (00:43:03).
We're back with part two of our spoilercast discussing... you guessed it, The Last of Us Part 2. Ryan, Landry, and Jake talk about the final moments of the game, and go into any other details that we found interesting.
