WHAT'S THE BEST EXERCISE STRATEGY TOWARD GODLINESS?

1. Keep feeding your spirit instead of focusing on fighting the flesh. To produce fruits consistent with your nature in Christ, make building your spirit your preoccupation. Therein lies your victory. Gal 5:16-17; Prov 24:16

2. Keep starving the flesh. Guard your heart. 1 Cor 6:12

Before man began person-to-person interaction, he first interacted with God. In fact, man-to-God interaction is more natural than man-to-man’s.

What is strange is a man who doesn’t hear God. The man God made was naturally designed to be supernatural. However, the fall of man introduced a new reality.

The good news is this; in the new creation, God has restored man to his factory settings...

There are four non-negotiable marks of a good church:
- A good understanding of salvation and the gospel.
- Their theology about money.
- They must have a charismatic ministry in a corporate way
- It must be a mission-minded church.

Here are other key points to note:
- Every message you hear in church should encourage you to engage in the things of the Spirit.
- You have a part to play in the kingdom. Tell people about Jesus at every chance you get...

We can build our spiritual growth by:
-Paying attention to the word of God - Proverbs 4:20
-Consecration: By setting our affections on the things above and creating an environment of inspiration - Colossians 3:1-2
-Faith: By trusting in God and knowing we can command our desires

Eph 3:14-16
You can be a fervent believer but strength in the inner man is another dimension because you receive strength in the inner man by the spirit. This is the real strength

Heb 11:1
In this verse, we see that faith is about evidence, whatever the kind of faith. Faith can be seen and anything you believe in will reflect in your actions because actions are statements of faith, consciously or not.
