David's going for a run. After a bit of procrastination, some rain and a couple of tech issues he's not made it out of the front door. Thirteen minutes in and David still hasn't left. After some gentle persuasion from Joe he's off, but set's off too fast. Unfortunately he's too puffed out to talk and they end up giggling when David passes a neighbour in his dressing gown. Joe watches David puff his way around a cul de sac complaining his lungs are hurting...

David is in heaven when he meets Tony Guyan who was the floor manager of Fawlty Towers many years ago. When Joe and David find out it was Tony's job to rearrange the letters on the Fawlty Towers sign at the start of each ep to ‘Fatty Owls’ they freak out. Tony tells them about one of the shows most iconic scenes and how it was his job to give John Cleese a choice of branches to whack the broken down car with, standing just off camera to hand them to him. This blows their mind even further...

Now it's Joe's turn to run while David watches him. Joe's decided he wants to try and break his record time for running 1k. David has taken on the role of run coach telling Joe 'lets get fast'. It's really cold out and starting to rain so Joe's not that keen to get out of the car. After a bit of moaning from Joe, David starts the stopwatch and shouts motivational comments over zoom. David and Joe discuss whether Paul Gorton needs to keep his head down a little bit and whether he can slither himself out of the hole he’s dug for himself. They wonder if the turret set is real and talk about how they will feel when Tall Paul is eventually out, which they worry will be soon. David receives an unexpected surprise which leaves a nasty tasty in his mouth...

David and Joe delve in to last nights episode of The Traitors UK. They are joined by Maddy Smedley a contestant on the show last year. They ask Maddy how Paul Gorton might be feeling based on her experience and what the pressure is like sitting around the round table. Maddy tells them loads of insider information which they lap up before making a prediction on when Paul may be out...

David and Joe discuss the latest episode of the Traitors. David has noticed a contestant in a black vest that he's never seen before. He wonders what the chances of getting Claudia Winkleman on the pod are and tells Joe he loves it when she shrieks 'run' at the constestants when they are doing a task. They list all the contestants that have left and can't wait to get Paul Gorton on the pod when the show has finished to find out all the juicy gossip...

David has a heavy cold and is not sure he'll make it to the end of the pod. He's too tired to talk about his new Peloton and is not finding anything funny. They discuss laughter and analyse how they giggle. Joe says he uses his laugh to cover embarrassment and give himself thinking time. The pod hits an all time low when David see's if he can drift off for a nap while Joe watches. David tells Joe about getting recognised in a supermarket and how he dealt with it quite badly...

Comedy actor Jon Pointing, best known for his roles in Plebs and Big Boys, takes a break from his trip of a lifetime to come on the pod. Unbeknown to Joe and David he is in a villa in Thailand. The episode starts with the usual wifi issues and then they settle in for a chat about being actors, the longest distance they've ever walked in the nude and how young Jon looks. It's the grand final in the Battle of The Chatabands series. David and Joe are joined by music producer Steve Baker and guest judge, music journalist Simon Price as they decide who will be crowned the Chataband of the year. Steve kicks off the ep by playing the guitar and Simon is wearing a Simon Cowell mask. They listen to songs from Lisa Osborne, Seadog and Mezz Coleman before casting their votes.
