But not only that – He is also wise beyond his words and has a lot of insights to share on the music world. Him and Pi sit down and talk about the touring business, what keeps them organized and anxiety-free before and on a tour, Ben's expansive musical career, his journey of sobriety and mental health and why it is always about progress, not perfection...

Nicolai Hoch, Bassist von SETYØURSAILS und Co-Initiator von "Lahr Hilft!" ist zu Gast bei uns! Nicolai und Pi haben sich beim Tätowieren kennengelernt und einige intime Momente auf Tour geteilt (#Picolai), die wir euch nicht vorenthalten wollen. Außerdem hat er Jessis Augenlicht gerettet und ist quasi ganzkörpertätowiert von ihr. Wir reden über das politische Anecken und Auseinandersetzungen mit der AFD, Machtgehabe auf Tour und Salzgurken.
