Girl Let’s Talk!
The Self Love Playbook

Hey, let’s talk! It can be very cathartic! I want to help you turn your self-love and personal development around for the betterment of yourself, your relationships, and your health. " Owning your own story and loving yourself through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do" - Brene Brown. Sometimes our journey isn't so much about becoming anything. It is about unbecoming everything that isn't really you so that you can be the best you, that you were always meant to be. Get up!

Depression is real. Sometimes we have to use other factors when we find that we, ourselves, aren’t motivation enough to keep moving and keep us from seeping into depression.
