Welcome to the first of the Juvenalia minisodes. In this minisode, Alan Maguire and Ellen Tannam do a dramatic reading of chapter one of R.L. Stine’s Point Horror classic, Beach Party. More chapters will follow in future minisodes. Alan and Ellen have never read Beach Party and are excited to see where this all leads. Not much more to say about this one really. Enjoy.

Hello and welcome to the Juvenalia Christmas Spectacular 2016. We gathered some past and future guests around the Juvenalia table to talk Christmas with us. We were *very* surprised by the topics that came up and can pretty much guarantee that you will be too. We won’t spoil too much but if you want a Christmas podcast that features Elon Musk, the Titanic Museum, famous graveyards, Karen Carpenter, and beards within beards, you’re in the right place...
HELLO! It’s a bonus episode of Juvenalia. We’re delighted to present the pilot episode of Movieboyz, a very special podcast starring some of the biggest boyz in Hollywood.
So here’s what happened. We’ve been trying to get Lukas Haas on the show for ages but he was reluctant. We just couldn’t find the right way to entice him to come on. We found out that Lukas really wants to make a podcast with his friends but he’s infamously thrifty and refuses to pay for recording time...
Welcome to part two of our special April/May 2017 Titanic Extravaganza which is totally a thing. In this episode, Leonardo Di Caprio himself is joined by his pals, Tobey Maguire, Kevin Connolly, and Lukas Haas to look back at the film that kind of ruined his life for a while, Titanic. In the last episode, Alan, Ellen, and Stacy talked all about the film as fans but this time we’ll be hearing from the people who actually lived it...
Happy Pride Everyone! We got the whole Juvenalia gang into the studio along with spoken word artist Vickey Curtis and The George and 2FM’s Conor Behan to celebrate. Vickey and Conor chose Juvenalia topics that were important to them as young LGBTQI+ people, The Golden Girls and Madonna’s The Immaculate Collection respectively. A grand old time was had by all.

(CW: There’s a bit near the end of the chapter where some boys get a bit sexually menacing; nothing graphic or physical but we’d prefer if you knew in advance if that’s something you need to know)
It’s been over a year but Ellen and Alan finally remembered to bring their copies of RL Stine’s Beach Party to a Juvenalia recording so here’s a semi-dramatic reading of chapter two. Chapter three will follow in two weeks and sure we’ll see after that...
It’s time for another chapter of RL Stine’s Beach Party. When we last saw Karen and Anne-Marie they were being menaced by Vince and his gang of tough boys. But who’s this? I’ll tell you who’s this. It’s Gerry and Marty, two OTHER boys who have Karen and Anne-Marie’s best interests at heart. This chapter also features an immersive trip to a teen hangout, intrigue, lies, and a tight, form-fitting poncho. We’ll be back with a real episode next week...
Hello there. Our first live show at the Dublin Podcast Festival is less than a week away and we just want to make sure that you know about it. If you want to know why it took us eight minutes to tell you that our guest is Maria Doyle Kennedy, she’ll be talking about The Wizard Of Oz, and it’s in the Workman’s Club* on September 27th on a double-bill with The Alison Spittle Show then you’ll just have to listen.
Tickets are on sale now. Hopefully we’ll see you there...
Hello and welcome to the Juvenalia Christmas Smalltacular 2017! We decided to take it back to basics this year. Just Alan, Ellen, and Sarah talking about some of their favourite Christmas memories and how their 2017 went. This somehow led to a solid ten minutes of chatting about how much we love the McElroys and The Adventure Zone but the rest is pretty Christmassy with talk of Mega Drives, N64s, selection boxes, carols, Carol, and lots of other stuff...
Hey! The first episode of Juvenalia went out two years ago today so we wanted to mark the occasion with a little minisode just to say thank you and to tell you about our upcoming LIVE show. The live show may or may not be called Twovenalia. Ok have a nice day. Juvenalia original artwork by Dee McDonnell This episode was produced by Alan
