A "Season One: Thoughts of a Misunderstood" bonus episode with a some cut stuff from the second half of the year. Hopefully you can enjoy and laugh along the stuff that wasn't good enough or too tangential for the edited episodes (and you've heard the what's made it in so you know what you are getting into). Dave and Aaron reach the end of the first batch of poems from the Wolf Journal and decide to put a proverbial bow on it. Aaron reveals the title his former teenage self gave to a Word document "anthology" containing all these poems, as well as shows Dave the Microsoft Paint title page created for the project. Truly this finale is "pulp-full" of everything you could ever hope for or need... even Aaron's dog gets a short shake of a cameo around the 18 minute mark...
Teenager Aaron's pretentious title does more to confound and confuse Dave than perhaps any previous poem on this podcast. Assumptions are questioned, friendships challenged, and no solutions are found.

While looking for the right words to write. Aaron decided the right approach was to write. Was he right about writing? Or writing about the right thing? You alone may hold the key to rightly deciphering this writing.
Also Dave and Aaron get a little side tracked on musicals. But who wouldn't when you have Aaron's old high school poetry as your primary source for discussion?
My Bad Poetry Episode 1...
Are the words of a 16 year old boy from 2006 so true and pure and passionate that no mortal tongue could possibly read them correctly??? Well Aaron's previous self sure thought so. Judge for yourself, as Dave and Aaron try to interpret the uninterpretable, unreadable words of Aaron that were indeed (unfortunately) his own.
My Bad Poetry Episode 1...
Reading a poem from January 31st 2006, Dave and Aaron try to sympathize with a now 16-year-old Aaron's identity crisis. Who knew being old enough to drive could rattle the soul so much?
