A small insight into the story yet to come.

Deep in the overgrown orchard, only hours away from the city, ruminations grow into discussion. As tempers rise and heated debate turns toward a magical nova, fracturing the party. As a broken Rain and golder Quicksilver's bodies search for Lyriel, the consciousness of Algernon, Vishakapar, and Sir George try to find ways out from the dark. They tread lightly as something odd and otherworldly hunts in this dark garden...

The dawn of a new days breaks upon the visages of our heroes. Banished from the Neither Realm, they gather their minds around a table in a modest (now) roofless inn. Resolute in finding the root to The Infinitree's demise, our heroes venture forth towards the grand city of Navirivan but journeys requires quality supplies and swifter feet...

Bonds are tested by each passing step of time. As our heroes race down the stairs, to the beat of ominous music, they find the source of that which had awakened them. In this plane out of time and out of space, a choice must be made, a price must be paid. While a mystifying ritual is being preformed, attempting to draw something out, confusion and fury encircle each soul...

New-found companions are gifted wonderous items and woeful omens from a storied old friend. As the 23rd hour approaches, the whiskey'd laughs fade unto a toast; to celebrate life, to friends, to purpose, and to adventure. When sleep comes, when the dreaming visions on this auspicious night begins, our heroes must decide what to do with their own song of intuition...

Four storied strangers - Vishakapar, Algernon, Rain, and Quicksilver - gather to remember their passed mutual friend. As our world awes at the The First Convergence, they awkwardly share stories and get to know one another, but, all is not as it seems in the inn/tavern/bar...

Many stories need a prologue; something that sets the stage and allows its audience to understand a bit about its author, its characters, and the world. In this, we would like to explain why we do some of the things we do and give context on how the story begins.
