Prakriti shrestha had been regularly going to the gym for almost 12 years as a hobby. However, in 2016 she decided to take her body building to the next level and won gold medal in her first ever professional competition, becoming the first Nepali Australian woman to do so. Since then, she has travelled overseas and added many more medals to her name.
