Julia Fischer is one of the leading violinists of her generation. The 30-year-old is a perfectionist, both earnest and emotional. She also plays the piano and loves to teach. She joins us on Talking Germany to talk about life and music. Julia Fischer started playing the violin and the piano at the age of four. At nine she was admitted to the University of Music and Performing Arts in her home town of Munich and soon started to win music competitions...
