Lotte Bowser speaks to me about her fiancé Ben Kouijzer, who died in a Mexican hospital after contracting Covid 19, in 2020. Ben, who had a successful career as a music agent, had been diagnosed with cancer in 2019. His diagnosis came as a complete shock and Lotte did everything in her power to keep Ben here. They travelled to Mexico to get treatment for Ben, but after testing positive for Covid, Ben slipped away. He was just 36 years old...

My guest this week is Dan Buettner. He’s a New York Times best-selling author and founder of The Blue Zones. Dan discovered the five places in the world, called blue zones hotspots, where people live the longest, healthiest lives. They are the Barbagia region of Sardinia, Ikaria in Greece, the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, Loma Linda in California and Okinawa, Japan.
