I had the honor to sit down and chat with Dima Krayem, one of those intelligent football players I looked up to when I first started playing in Lebanon.

From IC and AUB's football teams, passing by Al-Ansar over to captaining Athletico Sports Club, Dima Krayem was aiming for the stars. But her repetitive knee injuries and her belief that living out of football is impossible in Lebanon forced her to retire early, at 27.
