episode 1011: Q-on-1 w/Sports Official, Adrienne Barnes

Back on August 26, 2022, I interviewed a group of ladies who broke a barrier not just in Mississippi, but maybe the nation.  They were the first all-black and all-female officiating crew for a high school football game.  Fast-forward to today and the end of their season isn't as festive as the start of it was...

episode 1010: Is Nick Cannon Doing TOO Much?

It was recently announced that Nick Cannon just became a father to his 11th child in 11 years. That's as consistent as they come right there!

Despite him being able to afford to pay the reported $3M per year in child support, is this a good idea to have multiple kids scattered across multiple households?

We'll discuss this as well as our Meme of the Week on this episode of Talk 2 Q! "No experts. Just opinions...

episode 1009: Can You "Quiet Quit" A Relationship?

About a month ago, we discussed the "quiet quitting" phenomenon in the work place, but can it apply to relationships, too?

Absolutely!

Just about all of us have been with someone who did the bare minimum to sustain the relationship.  How do you recognize when that's occurring and what should you do about it when the person you love isn't investing in your relationship?

My guest panel will give their two cents on this episode of Talk 2 Q!  "No experts...

episode 1008: Q-on-1 w/Olympian, Michelle Carter

Michelle Carter reached her life’s goal in 2016 by winning gold in the Rio Olympic Games. Beginning her throwing career in 1997 while in junior high school, Michelle is a three-time Olympian as well as a World Championship gold medalist. She has excelled at the national and international level for 15+ years. episode 1006: Is Everyone "Quiet Quitting"?

"Quiet Quitting" is a term used to describe people doing the bare minimum on the job. Are we beyond good customer service expectations because of it? Can companies improve work-life balance to counteract it?

That and more on this Talk 2 Q! "No experts. Just opinions."

episode 1005: Are Older Women Competing With Younger Women for Men?

This is something we discussed last year, and I don't think that a lot of women took it seriously.  The Sexual Marketplace is a thing regardless of if people like it, understand it, or not.  There are certain attributes that people possess that contribute to their ability (or inability) to be successful in finding dates (although it has very little to do with finding a successful relationship).

On this show, we'll see how the ladies feel about the dating arena...

episode 1003: Ladies Making History (Mississippi's 1st All-Black Female Officiating Crew)

On Friday, August 26th, 12 women made history by becoming the first all-black female officiating crew for a football game in the state of Mississippi and possibly the nation.

I sit down and chat with some of them about their path to that moment of greatness and the experience of the game itself between Cleveland Central and Murrah High School.

I'm joined by Adrienne Barnes, Sarah Fleming, Sherri Vaughans, Fran Adams, Felicia Hannah-Davis, Alona Alexander and Dominique Sutton...
