18 year old Eloi Rolland travels from his home in France to Auckland, New Zealand to study English. He was last known to be in the area of Piha on March 7th 2020. He hasn’t been seen since. March 2005. Swedish backpacker Max Castor, 19, disappears after six months travelling around parts of Australia. Max was last seen posting all his belongings back to Sweden - including his passport and return ticket - before vanishing. November, 2008. Canadian traveller, Ani Ashekiam, 30 year, disappears from Hong Kong after a mysterious journey. While no trace of Ani has ever been found, many believe she is possibly still alive. Ani is 163cm, weighs 120 lbs and has a slim build, medium complexion and long curly brown hair. She has a tattoo on her bikini line and front left hip. July 2018. French traveler Tiphaine Veron, 36, disappeared while visiting the Japanese town of Nikko. There have been no sightings of Tiphaine since, despite intensive searches. May 3, 2018. German tourist Gerlinde Hahne, 75, disappeared while visiting Montezuma, Costa Rica for her son’s wedding. Gerlinde is very thin and white, and at the time of her disappearance was wearing light colored pants, black sandals and a patterned blouse. Gerlinde remains missing. Irish traveller John Lawrence McMeel has been missing since November 14th, 1997. John was 31 at the time, and He was last known to be in Burlingame, California. John is white, 6’1, 190 pounds and at the time of his disappearance had greying brown hair and blue eyes. He has a strong Irish accent and has a burn scar on his chest extending from his collarbone to his navel.
