"Small Pipeline Syndrome" is a term that Chris and Jason coined years ago. It means you do not have a lot of deals in your pipeline; therefore, you are spending the majority of your time micromanaging the few deals you do have. If you have Small Pipeline Syndrome, you are spending your time doing defensive, transactional activities. An example is driving to another state just to pick up a contract. So how do you get out of Small Pipeline Syndrome? Spend only a couple hours a day getting your transactional activities done. Spend the majority of your day focusing on offensive, growth activities. Growth activities include marketing and learning how to manage set processes to make them more efficient. Chris and Jason go in depth on this subject on this episode of #theREI360show.
