Today’s Solo Podcast was a result of me leading by example for my own clients by showing up and staying consistent.
While I was ready to skip this weeks podcast, I remembered that often what I see in my clients is that: consistency = more long term success.
Consistency is often made easier to achieve by setting achievable minimum goals rather than setting unsustainable goals where you or your client are likely to flake off and not show up.
Not showing up here and there leads to the formation of a new, less-desirable habit, reducing the likelihood of staying consistent further down the line. Set your non-negotiables, set achievable goals, show up and see results. Time-stamps:
2:10 - Consistency = higher success rate
8:35 - Demonstrating consistency
10:20 - Underestimate don’t overestimate
15:20 - Consistency in GAA training
