The key to successful leadership is the capacity to be a dedicated servant. Although I've been a businessman, a parliamentarian, a community leader and volunteer, husband, father and a grandfather, through it all I have been a servant. I talk about these experiences in my memoir, "From the Wood Chair to the Green Chair".
