Bio:

I am working towards systems change.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of social good, business and technology, notably as an executive coach to startup founders and leading the Zahn Innovation Center at The City College of New York (CUNY). At Company Ventures, I created our  North Star program to support founders to codify their values and purpose, commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and I run our workforce development efforts.

Throughout my career I’ve worked across sectors - corporate, nonprofit, university, government. Early in my career, I managed The Black Sheep Inn, an ecolodge in rural Ecuador, learning the true impact of responsible business.

I’ve earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS from Northwestern, and I sit on the advisory boards of CUNY Tech Prep and the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership’s MPA program.
