Starts, "O give thanks unto the LORD." This psalm gives thanks for God's faithfulness to the covenant he made with Abraham. It's yet another recap of Exodus but leaves out some of the more pertinent details and glosses over what actually happened. So annoying! Psalm 106: The Rebelliousness of Israel. Starts, "Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD." This is a psalm of penitence, reciting the history of Israel’s faithlessness and disobedience. Still MORE recap of the Exodus story, but Wife also shares her experiences with a ghost that opens doors and throws marshmallows, so #NoRegrets. These great History Psalms end Book 4 of the Hebrew psalms, so tomorrow we'll be moving into the final Book of Psalms. We are so ready for this!
