„I was born to mediate” as a fellow mediator made me clear about this many years ago. Consequently and since 2008 I’ve been working as an internationally certified Commercial Mediator (2008), Environmental Mediator (2019) Mediation and Management Trainer and Mediation Supervisor (DACH) and as Business (Team) Coach (2011 | ICF PCC / EMCC Senior Practitioner). Apart from that I’m a spokeswoman of the Professional group of mediators for Poland (D A CH), a co-founder and chairwoman of the Researcher Group for Mediation, the same in the International Network of Elder Mediation, and member of the editor’s board of the journal “Perspektive Mediation”.
I’m passionate about nature and climate, too. That’s why I’m delighted to be a certified Climate and Biodiversity Coach (2021). Climate business coaching enables leaders and their organizations to become more congruent in their leadership, their business strategy and in their impact on a sustainable business culture beyond legal requirements.
In all these roles I love to work with leaders and teams who are willing to personally develop, to really make time for this and do it long term and sustainable. Executives and leaders, change makers, who take whatever it takes to change, willing to leave their comfort zone and take a fresh perspective and widen your horizon, appreciative honesty, people who want to look on a macro level, taking a broad systemic perspective have the most fun while working with me.
I’m an expert connector and collector, my contribution to your development is my appreciative boldness, my gift to disentangle, to look with you from above, gardener. From the more formal perspective I hold a Master of Law and Administration from the University of Szczecin / Poland (2001) and a PhD in Law from the University of Rostock / Germany (2006), publish since 1996 and am eager to learn.
