However, the term system change may mean different things to different people. In this podcast, we will discuss approaches to system and paradigm change. As challenging and altering our way of thinking can lead to changes in culture, politics, and the economic system. The podcast is starting its journey from the ideas of the Venus Project or Resource Based Economy (developed by the futurist Jacque Fresco). These ideas lay out a simple yet groundbreaking way of thinking about society and aim to transcend scarcity, politics, and war to benefit our planet and everyone on it. In this first episode of the podcast, Ilya interviews Jonathan Gan-Mor, a speaker of The Venus Project which offers a new way of thinking about our entire system, starting from the economy. They discuss planned obsolescence, motivations behind human behavior, the current economic system, and more.
