The intro was very warm, and for the most part got to the introduction of the episode (you did a great job of explaining what the show is). Then, instead of providing a list of subjects that would be covered and explaining who the guest is and why you have them on, you provided a summary of every topic (so do I need to hear what Lisa said? You just told me). All the chit-chat stuff is not bad to have in your show but put it AFTER the interview where you can talk about YOUR reflections of the conversation (and reinforce that it is still YOUR show). I do find it odd that a show about growing your business is hosted by someone who doesn't have a website and is using a free email tool for their main website. This show aims to help you make the best episodes and grow your downloads.
