Today’s show is about leading with authenticity. Being authentic is a major focus in The Visibility Factor book and it is an important value for me. Authentic Leadership comes through when you are transparent about things, have high self-awareness, care about those around you and you can be yourself. It is so much easier to be yourself than to spend your time trying to be somebody else. Creating a leadership brand that is authentic to you and who you want to be requires vulnerability to be able to show up in a genuine way.
