In this episode, we are talking about body positivity and rest be assured, we are sure to tackle this topic in a sensitive manner because like we always say, this is a safe space!
We discuss the latest controversy around the #silhoutette and the #bussitdown challenge which as much as it was fun for everyone to partake in, was also met with backlash about whether this is REALLY showcasing body positivity. We also send our prayers to Grace Victory, wellness and body positive champion and her family during this touch period as we dedicate our #She'sAllThat to her much anticipated recovery! She also has an amazing book out called, 'How to Calm it' which is available for purchase.
