I was born in Chicago, Illinois but raised in Houston TX. I’m the youngest of 7 with a father who has been a nondenominational pastor for over 40 years. And my mother who worked for the school district as a bus driver. 

I played basketball all throughout junior and high school In the Katy school district. I received a basketball scholarship to the university of Concordia in Austin as well as a Partial drawing scholarship to the art institute in Houston. 

I rejected both because I knew I wanted to be an officer sense entering high school freshman year. 

I ended up going to UTSA my first semester but returned home to work full time and go to school online at university of Phoenix while I helped family pay off bills during some tough times. 

I worked as the supervisor in the receiving warehouse at the shell oil company while finishing for my associates. Once my associates was completed I applied for SAPD. 

While employed I promoted to Detective during my 6th year and then Sergeant rank during my 9th year on the department. 

My inspiration is my father. He has always worked hard for all his children while preaching. He worked 2-3 jobs and told my mother she could work only if she wanted to work and to leave the financial burden to him. He has given me a strong sense of duty from his military background and working hard as a father.

His 100 meter dash in High School at Roosevelt High in San Antonio was not broken until recently. In college Bay Bay played opposite the great future hall of famer, Darrell Green. He went on to sign a professional career with the Houston Oilers, Dallas Cowboys and played 7 years in the European Leagues before returning to his home town to finish his career “San Antonio Texans”. In 2006, his company, All Sports administered the strength and conditioning program for the East vs West Shriners’s college senior bowl. In 2008-09, All Sports administered the strength and conditioning program for the Division II college Senior Cactus Bowl All Star game in Kingsville. Today All Sports Speed and Conditioning continues to train athletes to elevate their athletic performance to the next level in all sports.
