  • Podcrushed and Threedom have been signed by Lemonada Media. Both shows were with SiriusXM’s Earwolf; one of the co-hosts of Threedom, Scott Aukerman, launched Earwolf in 2010. Other Earwolf shows have left the network in the past year, to Sony, AdvertiseCast, and Lemonada.
  • Canadaland announced its slate for 2024. The independent, supporter driven Canadian podcast company will add four new original shows, new seasons and ongoing shows.
  • Auddia, the company that announced an ad-skipping podcast app last year, has announced a reverse stock split. The company’s share price has dropped 87.5% year-on-year: the “reverse split” will combine 25 shares into one, thus increasing the share price to above the $1 required to remain listed on NASDAQ. It’s currently $0.16, falling almost 20% on the news.
