'Da Rogues Gallery' is all about pop culture and entertainment from the fan's perspective. The podcast covers the comic book world regularly and spotlights many comic-related movies and television shows, but also includes discussion about video games, animation, 80's nostalgia, science fiction, toys, current events and anything that encompasses geek-culture. PlayDead77 & Brave Dave continue their discussion on the Valiant Comics universe. In part 2 they discuss Valiant Comics entry into multimedia platforms such as TV, Film, and Animation. Valiant Comics began as an imprint of Voyager Communications, established in 1989 in part by former Marvel editor-in-chief Jim Shooter. It was discontinued in 1994 after being bought out by Acclaim Entertainment. After Acclaim closed its doors in 2004, the publisher was revived as Valiant Entertainment and has been publishing new material since May 2012.
