Screw It Just Do It with Alex Chisnall

Welcome to the Screw It Just DO It podcast Subscribe and be a part of the movement to help you get to where you want to be. I'm your host Alex Chisnall, and on this podcast I look to answer one simple question: How do you get to where you want to be? I chat to inspirational entrepreneurs, sports stars, and entertainers who took the leap. They became the people they wanted to be. They did what they always wanted to do. They might just help you discover how to do it too... I'm an entrepreneur and podcaster, who's fascinated by human potential. I love taking my guest's experiences plus things I have learnt along the way to help others get to where they want to be. I'm super-proud for this show to be in the top 1% of all podcasts globally, listened to in 180+ countries and charted #1 everywhere from the UK to Uganda. Every Wednesday morning we launch a new episode and we encourage and are grateful all your comments. Cheers, Alex ???????? episode 539: From Taliban Target to Transformed Commando with Steve McCulley

Steve McCulley's fascination for bikes started way back when he built his first one at just eight years old. Cruising into his teens, he was tearing up mountain bike trails in Devon like a pro.

But then life had other plans – Steve joined the Royal Marines, globetrotting from Northern Ireland to Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Then came 2011, a year that changed everything. An IED explosion left him severely injured, but Steve bounced back with a 'never say die' attitude.

During his rehabilitation, Steve founded LIOS bikes, the go-to for custom carbon bikes, titanium frames, and a bike fit that's as personal as it gets.

Now, Steve's taken on a number of roles – entrepreneur, racing driver, and motivational speaker. His journey—from military service to creating cutting-edge bikes—is a testament to resilience and passion.
