Does Britain need a Muslim war memorial?


Plans announced in the Budget to spend £1 million on a war memorial for Muslim soldiers who died in the two world wars have been applauded by campaigners, but others worry that this is singling out one religious group for special treatment. Some question the timing of the announcement, when the Conservative party is facing allegations of Islamophobia.
