  • Blubrry has launched Vid2Pod, a service to turn YouTube videos into open RSS audio podcasts. Post a new video on YouTube, and Vid2Pod automatically publishes an audio version for Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other services. (Here’s a demo video of the tool in action).

    • Because Blubrry offers monetisation tools with programmatic advertising, this enables YouTubers to monetise their content immediately, rather than wait to hit YouTube’s monetisation targets. They can also use Value4Value tools and other podcasting services.
  • Audion, a European adtech company, has launched in Belgium. The company, which recently raised €6mn, is based in France and also operates in Italy and the UK. Elie Kauffmann takes on the role of Sales Lead Belgium.
