In early 2021, Nick's life was marked by poor health, depression, excess weight, and digestive issues due to an unfulfilling job in a machine shop, an unhealthy diet, and reliance on energy drinks. However, a turning point came when he discovered the Health Hero Show with Tim James through podcasts, leading him to join the Inner Circle group coaching community. Through Tim's teachings, Nick underwent a remarkable transformation, overcoming depression and addiction by adopting a lifestyle centered on detoxing, homegrown sprouts, microgreens, juicing, infrared saunas, and regular exercise. A year later, he felt like a completely new person. Despite a severe workplace injury in July 2022 that crushed and broke his ankles, Nick attributes his full recovery to maintaining a healthy lifestyle before and during the injury and staying positive afterward. As a single father to a teenage daughter, she remains the center of his world. Nick now works for Chemical Free Body as the Health Hero Specialist and health coach, runs a microgreens business from home, and educates children on the importance of growing food and cultivating sprouts and microgreens for themselves.
