episode 64: Daily Affirmations for Wisdom: Old Habits Die Hard


Saying wisdom affirmations is a powerful and transformative practice that can greatly enhance our lives. Affirmations are positive statements that we repeat to ourselves, focusing our attention on what we desire to create or embody. When we specifically choose to affirm wisdom, we open ourselves up to receiving and embodying this invaluable quality in our daily lives.

Affirmations work by shifting our mindset and programming our subconscious mind to align with our desired outcome. By consciously choosing to repeat affirmations related to wisdom, we are actively inviting this quality into our being. Our thoughts have the ability to shape our reality, and by consistently affirming wisdom, we can condition our minds to filter information and experiences through the lens of wisdom.

Daily wisdom affirmations also serve as a reminder to seek knowledge and continue learning. It encourages us to be open-minded, curious, and receptive to new information. By affirming wisdom, we create an intention to seek wisdom in all aspects of life, to learn from our experiences, and to deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

~ Personally… Affirmations and gentle sounds are all part of my daily routine. It is my all-natural therapy. I feel better about myself and have an overall pleasant mindset. Listening to affirmations is a game-changer. I believe in them, and I know they work for me. Too many negative pictures, videos, news, words, and vibes are constantly in our space. It drains our energy and does affect our mood negatively, in my opinion. Studies have shown that for every negative we see, hear, think, or say, we will need at least three positives to counteract the negative effect it may have on us. Over time, repeating affirmations can help you reprogram your mind to be positive. We should all feel wonderful about ourselves every day.

*** A few recommendations... you can repeat each affirmation in your mind, out loud, or sleep and let your subconscious mind absorb them. Also, try to listen to them for 21 days or more to create a positive shift in your self-perception. Enjoy your journey♥️
