Kathy Cramer, Political Science professor and the director of the Morgridge Center for Public Service at University of Wisconsin-Madison and the author of The Politics of Resentment: Rural Consciousness in Wisconsin and the Rise of Scott Walker (University of Chicago Press, forthcoming March 2016), spent decades interviewing rural communities in Wisconsin.
