Beyond the Staffroom

As teachers I think we have all had that moment of feeling inadequate, or just not good enough. I know I have. This week I had after having a chance to talk to some teacher candidates going into their first ever visit to schools this week, and i wanted to share one of my learning experiences early in my career. Talking to these future teachers, the room was full of nervous energy, very excited students ready to learn, but also concerned about the missteps that might happen. This podcast was one of my missteps early on in my career and the realizations it helped me come to.
