From the very beginnings of my rock'n'roll consciousness, this song has been an irresistable favorite. I was still 8 years old when I fell in love with these weird and wonderful Martians. In a sad commentary on our post-Watergate Nation, can you imagine any group not only releasing a record as silly as this, but having it become a national hit? Yet it wasn't even uncommon back in 1963. Remember Rip Van Winkle by the Devotions? Yep, another favorite of mine! Note: The B label has a small date on it, and the edges of the label have small folds. Styrene pressing.
