Clifford Slapper on Mike Garson 'Bowie's Piano Man'
In honour of the anniversary of The Great Starman in the Sky's death, I bring you an informal chat with a well respected pianist and author who has been a Bowie fan for as long as he can remember. In 2015 he published this book 'Bowie's Piano Man' all about Mike Garson who was hired by David to accompany the Spiders from Mars on their American tour. The rest is history and Clifford has done a marvellous job bringing some of that history to life in these pages.
