"The Soul Shack" w/ DJ-J-ME

Here it is, my annual house music recap from the previous year! It's funny, when I started putting this playlist together I was thinking that there wasn't much house music in 2016 that I was really feeling, I even pondered if there'd be enough to make the annual January mix and started questioning if my tastes were changing and I wasn't really into house music anymore, or if current house music was changing, and like the old man that I am, I was stuck in the past remembering "the good ol' days of house music", but then once I started putting the list together, low and behold, it was over 50 songs deep! So here it is, a collection of house music that caught my attention last year, an eclectic mix with a noticeable portion having a classic house influence in the sound/production.
