#7 One Year Later
It’s been a full year since AT&T acquired DIRECTV. Since then, we’ve added 1 million new satellite subscribers and 10,000s employees. One of those employees who came over is Jorge Hernandez. He’s an installation technician who does installations and service calls for DIRECTV systems. On this episode of the Life at AT&T podcast, I tagged along on one of Jorge’s installs. I got to hear what goes in to bringing customers satellite service… and how beneficial it can be to be bilingual in Jorge’s role.
