What can we do to stop air pollution? The government is facing legal action to reduce smog and has until July to come up with a new plan. There are 43 so-called air quality zones in Britain and all but five of them expose people to more than the safe level of nitrogen dioxide. In the second of her reports for us, Camilla Cavendish looks at what the solutions might be to the problem that is poisoning our cities.
