After Eight Show - New Music You Just Don't Hear Anywhere Else!

Our show, this week, featured some nominees for this year's Grammy Awards(*). But we didn't play Adele, Justin Bieber or Rihanna - you can hear them everywhere else! Instead, we played nominated artists from lesser known categories - Latin Pop (Gaby Moreno), Contemporary Instrumental (Herb Alpert), R&B (Terrace Martin) and Dance/Electronic (Tycho). Plus, as usual, we had lots of #NewMusic by artists who don't get enough airplay on commercial stations or the Big Broadcasting Company. We had NEW releases from J.Views, MALIN ANDERSSON, The Bad Day Blues Band, Kina Grannis, JFDR, Vows, Imaginary Future and others. Plus we paid tribute to the great, and badly missed, John Martyn by playing a fabulous track by the brilliant Claire Martin featuring a duet with John on one of his best songs!
