Hopefully the cast had at least as much fun working on this as we had watching it.<p></p> We had two story-lines this week. The bulk of the episode was about Monroe's (Silas Weir Mitchell) birthday weekend. The antagonist in this story-line was the disgruntled son of someone Nick (David Giuntoli) arrested seven years ago, conveniently, before Nick became a Grimm. The second story-line revolved around Diana (Hannah R. Lloyd) and Renard (Sasha Roiz).<p></p> Remember how Grossante was none to pleased that Renard reneged on his promise to name Grossante as his successor? Ya, well this week he tried to collect on the broken promise. His brilliant plan was to kidnap Diana. He had no idea what he was getting into when he took that girl. He ended up being her play thing.
