Karen started at U of Toronto in Health Studies and Human Biology, going on to an M.Sc in Epidemiology from Queen’s University. She worked with Dr. Kathleen O’Connor and Heather Stuart to look at the relationship between breastfeeding duration and self-efficacy. Currently, Karen is at the Canadian Institute for Health Information as a Research Analyst, and is currently contributing to the 2012 flagship report, Health Care in Canada: A Focus on Wait Times.
