What's to Come on Capitol Hill

President Trump lost his first legislative battle — on healthcare — but he has lots of other campaign promises he can still make good on. Robert Draper, journalist and author of Do Not Ask What Good We Do: Inside the U.S. House of Representatives (Free Press, 2012), discusses his latest piece for the New York Times magazine, "Trump vs. Congress: Now What?" and talks about the challenges the GOP will face as it tries its hand at tax reform.

"Republicans naturally want tax reform," said Draper. "Well, they naturally wanted the elimination of Obamacare and they couldn’t pull that off."
