We spend lots of time earning things. We work to earn respect, privilege, money, power, and place. Sometimes we allow that to shape our relationship with God. The problem is, God’s love for us is unwavering and absolute. In the baptism of our Lord, God announced that Jesus was loved and precious. God does them same for us in our baptism.
