Happy & Merry are Overrated
The commands to have a happy holiday and a merry Christmas are everywhere. It is a nice sentiment, but have you watched the news? How does the call for peace and joy in this season become more than a spiritual sentiment, a saying on a card? Is joy, hope, or peace even possible?
