Radioactive Rick Is Now Secretary Of Energy
Rick Perry once listed three government agencies that he wanted to eliminate, the EPA, the IRS, and the Department of Energy, but he could not think of the DOEs name. (I’m sure the agency was deeply hurt by this). When he was first tapped to be secretary of energy (during the time that he wanted the agency disbanded) he had no idea what the agencies job involved. P.S. The aquifer was the Ogallala Aquifer the largest water aquifer in the country.
