#13: Rock Solid SAFe Implementation
In this episode we interview the members of the Thales Inflyt Experience Lean Agile Transformation Team (LATTe), to find out how the implementation of SAFe took root within their company. They discuss how critical it was to have a team that was dedicated not only to understanding the framework, but toward a continued effort in the adaptation of SAFe. We discuss the ways in which SAFe implementation has increased efficiency by exposing the tangled web of inter-dependencies, and ultimately reducing time-to-market for their products.
